LIMITED WARRANTY |
| Products manufactured by Agrifim are
warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period
of one year from date of delivery. This warranty is expressly conditioned upon the proper instal-lation and application of the product as recommended by Agrifim. Within the period of this warranty, Agrifim is obliged to repair or replace part or all of product, or refund a part or all of the original purchase price, if any part proves defective in materi-al or workmanship. The option to repair, replace or pay a refund shall be at the sole discretion of Agrifim. Misuse, neglect, modification or unauthorized repair shall completely void this warranty. This warranty constitutes the exclusive warranty made by Agrifim for its products and is expressly in lieu of all other war-ranties, express or implied, including any warranty of “mer-chantability” or “fitness for purpose”. Agrifim shall not be liable or responsible for incidental or con-sequential damages of any nature. Agrifim’s sole liability and responsibility shall be for the repair and replacement of defec-tive parts or refund of part or all of the original price therefore pursuant to this warrant. This warranty is not deemed a consumer warranty and does not extend to anyone other than those who purchase products from Agrifim for resale. This warranty is effective only if notice of any claim is delivered to our company within 30 days after discovery of any defect. We neither assume nor authorize any representative or other person to assume for us any liability in connection with the sale or any shipment of our products. |
